Cleanse

Marcella says Charlize’s perfect complexion is very even-toned and smooth, so to obtain and maintain healthy skin like hers, it’s important to include key products in your day-to- day regimen.

For starters, it’s imperative to wash your face properly. I recommend the Clarisonic brush to remove all traces of makeup and sweat, but be careful not to press down on the brush. Clarisonic’s advanced technology has bristles that oscillate 250 times per second which is what’s breaking down all the dirt. Very lightly glide the brush to the different areas of the face and the brush will do the rest. It’s very important not to press down or bend the bristles.

Exfoliate

An exfoliating treatment masks that works wonders is Eminence’s Yam & Pumpkin Enzyme Peel 5%. You should use it once to twice a week--trust me, you will not get the same results with a scrub!

Brighten

You’ll also want an oxygenating treatment serum to brighten the skin, and I find that Natura Bisse has a phenomenal Oxygen Serum. It’s meant to hydrate, even skin tone and give a glow. I recommend using it, along with their Oxygen Finishing Mask once to twice a week.

Prepping Your Canvas

Tamah says this is a very flattering wearable look that is quite easy to achieve! Since a big part of this look is beautiful, sheer skin, I would recommend starting with a clean, moisturized face. I would recommend using a moisturizer that leaves more of a dewy finish on the skin like Weleda Skin Food.

Skin Color

For this look you definitely want sheer, beautiful skin to complement the subtly-defined eye. I recommend using a product that is made for "face and body" as these formulas tend to be sheer with just enough pigment to even you out. I recommend MAC face and body--they offer a wide range of colors so it's easy to find a perfect match for your skin tone.

Apply face and body with your fingers and use a wet sponge to blend under your eyes, around the nose and the chin. The wet sponge will help to keep the application light. Use a concealer if necessary for extra coverage, but make sure to apply sparingly and only where needed.

Flawless Face

Start with a cream shadow as your base. I recommend using Benefit 'Flatter Me' a sheer, peachy gold and a perfect base for this look. Over the cream, layer NARS 'Lola Lola' over the whole lid and then concentrate the color in the crese. Finish by curling your lashes and using a black mascara on the upper lashes. Again, you want everything about this look to be sheer.

For the cheek I recommend something creamy applied with your fingers at the apple of the cheek, which you can find by smiling! Stay in the bronze-peach families. Go for Stilla One Step Primecolor in 'Pop of Pink' or 'Bronze Babe.' I would use a neutral peach for the lip such as NARS 'Barbarella' applied right out of the tube, then lightly blotted with a tissue.
